Over nine years experience in Human Resources in the professional services sector, particularly focusing on process improvement, global mobility, employee development and working with senior managers to get the best out of their teams.
Experience covers expatriate management, people insurance and risk, performance management, HR policy, HR related systems (Aurion, Prism, Org Plus), change management and executive mentoring in addition to working on human capital resource planning and diversity programmes.
I have also provided assistance to job seekers to put their best foot forward at interviews, resumè advice, career coaching and interview techniques.
In addition to being tertiary qualified in Human Resources and Psychology, I am also a Myers Briggs Type Indicator accredited practitioner.
